Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• If a bonus is found to have been used fraudulently, it will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

VIP Program and Loyalty Benefits

mr77's VIP program has five tiers. Moving up each tier increases weekly cashback and special benefits. The VIP tiers are described below:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on activity and regular participation on the platform. mr77 reserves the right to change VIP rules, and VIP benefits may be revoked in the case of any misuse.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mr77 platform. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets to gain bonus benefits.
• Placing bets or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Accessing the platform using any automated tool, bot, script, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage mr77's reputation.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or bypass any security system or software on the platform.

6.1 Suspicious Activity Investigation

mr77 automatically monitors all transactions. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming Terms

Either party may terminate an account at any time. However, if the member's balance contains real funds (bonus-free) at the time of closure, they will be returned through the designated method, subject to conditions being met.

mr77 may close an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, providing false information, or registering as a minor.
